One year on - Titleist Performance Institute

One year ago Paul Snowsell, Personal Trainer at Slinfold Golf & Country Club completed his Titleist Performance Institute qualification, and in his words "I can safely say that this is the best qualification I have done to date".  A year later and he can reflect back on all that he has achieved with this qualification.

"I have screened over 100 golfers, been involved in 3 golf clubs and have held seminars to educate golfers on why their physical attributes are so important to them achieving the most from their golf swing.

Golf fitness is firmly implanted in top level golf but it is still very new to club level golfers and it will be something that will only increase in awareness in the years ahead.

Gaining this qualification has also helped me understand the body a lot more and has improved the service I offer to my clients as I can spot dysfunctions in their body through physical screening tests that is potentially causing their neck, back, knee injuries.
