Chef Tasting Menu Evening

We are delighted to welcome our new Head Chef to the Club, Mark Young, with a very special 4 course Chefs Tasting Menu evening.

Upon arrival you will be greeted with a glass of Prosecco and Amuse Bouche, followed by a starter of Beetroot Gazpacho and a fish course of Fillet of Hake.  This will be followed by a sumptuous main course of Duo of Pork and a delicious dessert of Lemon Posset.  The evening will finish off with coffee and Petit Four.

This evening is designed to showcase the talents of our new Head Chef and his new team, to demonstrate some of their wonderful creations and tasty dishes for our customers and members to enjoy.

There is very limited ticket availability for this special event, so reserving a table is essential.  Please call 01403 791154 to book your table - family and friend are welcome, this event is open to members and visitors to attend.
