MIND BODY & SOUL EVENTS
Our Club is dedicated to helping people lead healthier and happier lives. We believe mental wellbeing is just as important as physical wellbeing and to coincide with Mental Health Awareness Week in May, we are running a special fortnight-long series of events for members and non-members from Saturday 10th – Friday 23rd May.
Come join our exciting mixture of talks, special classes, and taster sessions based on the themes of Mind, Body & Soul.
