Who are we?

Slinfold Golf & Country Club is the trading name of Ensign Leisure Ltd and is the data controller.

We are committed to protecting your data and complying with the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR).  We do not trade or sell our customer data and this policy is aimed to inform you the visitor or you the member how and why we hold your personal information.

As a service provider and an employer, we hold data about the following people:

We only collect and store information which is relevant and necessary to provide you with the service you are engaging with us for.  Some of the information that may be collected is defined as “personal data” such as:

3. Your family, lifestyle and social circumstance when discussing membership

Where does my data go?

We do share your data with Service providers based in the UK who provide IT and systems administration software and services to us.  Such as Intelligent Golf for the purposes of Competition and Tee Bookings for example.

• We may share your data with debt collection agencies if you were to default on your membership contract or other financial agreement with us.

International Transfers

We do not transfer your personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA)

How long do we keep data?

• We retain your personal information as long as is necessary for the purpose for which it was originally collected, including for the purpose of satisfying any legal, accounting or reporting requirements.

• We shall ensure that all the information that you provide to us is kept secure using appropriate technical and organisational measures
